Children thrive here
Simona and her team are absolutely fantastic, one of my children is shy and doesn't take very well to new surroundings, however after only a few days settling in at Hogwarts day care, she was very comfortable which was reassuring to see. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide. I feel confident knowing that it is a safe, stimulating environment. The team are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They provide a range of activities that focus on development and fun, from arts and crafts, sports activities, outdoor play etc. I can see in the few months my children have been going, they have flourished. Communication is fantastic—I receive photographs throughout the day and end of day update on how they did, and I can easily reach out with any concerns. The space is bright, clean and welcoming, the food provided is nutritious and well balanced. Overall, I highly recommend Simona and her awesome team!!
Educational and engaging
I have my both kids (7 yr old boy and 1 yr & 9 mons old girl) stayed with Hogwarts for almost a year. The environment was neat, tidy and safe. They offered a variety of indoor and outdoor activities which suited my kids' ages. Both of my kids really enjoyed staying at Hogwarts and never got bored. They put so much efforts on the daily catering to maintain balanced (and delicious!) diet for my kids - my daughter loved all the meals and I never have to worry about it.
Most importantly, the whole team was always so reliable, trustable and they treated my kids with heart. The team always kept parents informed with lovely pictures they took. And I still remember one day my 7 yr-old boy cried about something happened in the school. They immediately comforted him and at the same time informed me of his issue.
Hogwarts's team is ONE IN A MILLION and I am truly grateful to have my kids stayed with them.
Warm and nurturing
Our son stayed at Hogwarts for around 2 years from 1 to 3 years of age. As all young parents about to trust a stranger with our first & only child, we were initially a bit nervous. Looking back now, we really shouldn't have worried.
Simona and her team of assistants have been outstanding. The main indicator for us has been our son's eagerness to go to Simona in the morning and how happy he looked when we were picking him up at night. We did feel the setup catered very well to our son's need for affection. Compared to a nursery environment which is colder and more clinical, Hogwarts offers a very loving & warm environment. It does feel like a home away from home.
The food is excellent and much healthier compared to what you will find in nurseries. Simona homecooks and the diversity of food on offer was a big plus for us, hopefully minimizing the chances of our son turning into a fussy eater.
